4 in the morning and i can't sleep. what else is there to do but talk about curling!

;____; i'm such a procrastinator! i've got 9 more study guide questions, that whole civil war paper, the DBQ, my IRA handout, exposition paper, western frontier debate, portfolio (hey, i've got the first page done..) and then there's DI and debate meetings (which i can't even go to because my parents are working! which sucks, because Saumitra's house is so WICKED) and perfecting my IRA presentation and this doesn't even covering the MAJOR studying i need to do for my algebra II and AP and english exams! oiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
but! new degrassi in three days. ^___^ i think it's going to be the "craig does crack, manny's all omg" one. i hope there's some jimmy though. <3
and i got the Beatles - Love CD. and i went curling again! me, sam, my parents, my grandpa, and our michigander friends al and ian mcmillian got the entire 'rink' to ourselves for a couple of hours. i had a blast! for most of the time, i put the sliders (things that you strap around one of your feet to allow you to slide really easily) on both of my knees and then used two curling stones for balance and pretty much just jumped from the hock (thing that you launched from before you curl, like the "starting block" for runners, you know?) and then just slid. i seriously got over half way across the ice. way fun. For the last half an hour we all actually played a few ends of a curling match! i feel all spiffy, knowing some of the "curling lingo". :) ( my grandpa even took a couple pictures )
